As a former landscaping proprietor, I’d always sold firewood in season, but ‘dryness’ was always an issue. After getting our first call from a restaurant, it was obvious we needed to be able to ensure moisture content, let alone sterility. That led to 5 years ago the beginning development of our prototype in an affordable footprint. Once we had a few years of experience cooking wood and selling it to several restaurants and residential customers as well, we developed the micro firewood kiln for the firewood industry. We look forward to developing addition innovations for improved firewood production down the road.
